During my time at the Royal Grammar School, I worked in the computer science department teaching key stages 2-5 (Years 6 - 12). While at RGS, I was involved with VEX robotics as well as First Lego League, accompanying a team to regional competitions in both.

In this role I predominantly dealt with iPhone repairs and software fixes but also worked on Macbooks, iMacs and Mac-minis.During this work I would coordinate repairs with Stormfront tech support as well as using Apple's Atlas system to log and document repairs and replacement parts.
