• Create and maintain monthly status reports (Excel Spreadsheets) for all contracts which will project the amount of work performed to date against the amount of current funding• Submit all invoices for each individual contract• Create, review, and edit all non-disclosure and teaming agreements with potential partners• Prepare the contractual portion of all RFP bid packages• Support Contracts and Pricing volume of proposal efforts as required• Complete data calls as required for capture, proposal and ongoing support• Update company SAM.gov records• Work with different subcontract types, modify and exercise options, terminate as well as close out subcontracts• Create contract kickoff spreadsheets• Maintain contract files in accordance with all required regulations and supported all government mandated contractual reporting requirements• Provide basic contractual insight to new interns• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms• Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
