Current Electronics Engineer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.Graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI class '24) majoring in Aerospace Engineering.Worked with a group of other aerospace engineering students from September 2023 to April 2024 on the design and testing of an autonomous air vehicle (quadrotor) modified for at-will combined underwater and above-air operation. The vehicle was designed to be capable of GPS-denied underwater motion and navigation at a depth of at least 3 feet, for at least 20 feet, as well as surfacing and taking off once above water. The design chosen was an H-Frame Quadrotor with a servo-actuated tilt-rotor function for underwater motion with control logic to switch from an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) to an autonomous air vehicle (AAV).I completed my Interactive Qualifying Project in fall 2022 through a consulting project providing recommendations for policy regarding the implementation of Solar technology for the town of Nantucket MA. We also provided the project Sponsor with an updated online tool to identify properties on the island that utilized solar technologies/panels.I am experienced with group work, problem solving, and meeting deadlines. I also have experience with software such as Ansys, MATLAB, ArcGIS Pro, and Microsoft Office, and am familiar with programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python.
