    Our goal was the creation of psuedoephedrine derivatives. Psuedoephedrine is a common cold decongestant that is easily converted into methamphetamine (Meth). With the creation of the derivative we hoped to create a compatible cold decongestant that would not be as easily converted into Meth. We were able to create the first planed derivative. Further research and testing is underway to create other derivatives and to test the pharmaceutical qualities of the first derivative.
