Responsibilities:o Loading and unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and moving them to assigned placeso Administration duties including invoicing and invoice management; data entry; inventory management and maintenance of warehouse products; processing Electronic Delivery Orders(EDO) o Unload shipments safely and move product to the storage locationso Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damageo Perform Picking, packing and dispatching duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards o Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencieso Keeping updated records of inventory and activity logso Comply with company policies and legal guidelineso Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

• Responsibilities:o verifying import documents for compliance with local and international regulationso Producing reports such as the nature and number of approved and rejected export documents, quantity of dispatched shipments, export statuses and contract agreement with clients. o liaising with clients for various reasons such as to inform them on the status of their shipments and providing helpful information to clientso Recording containing exports status of shipment are often forwarded to clients
