I’m a Customer Service professional with 8 years of experience and a desire to continually challenge myself and develop new skills.Through my interactions with thousands of customers I’ve become an expert in communicating both via telephone and in writing whilst also being able to solve complex problems in high-pressure situations.These abilities have been recognised by my current and former employers who tasked me with coaching and mentoring new team members to help them learn to handle the challenges of Customer Support in the same way that I do.In the last year I’ve helped my current employer build a whole new Customer Support Team from scratch by spearheading the training of around 50 new hires and supporting their continued development through quality assurance.I’m now looking for a new role within the sphere of Customer Support that will allow me to continue my career development.
