I am an FTE Principal Trainer... I have the analyst and principal trainer certification for; Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, and Willow Inventory. Beacon analyst proficient. Additionally Epic ELN 200 Captivate Training and Camtasia Certification. Current with all NVT. Complete MST rebuilds with an upgrade of 2015 to 2018. I have six years as a CT with Epicare Ambulatory and 2 with Willow prior to becoming a Principal Trainer. My diverse background with Epic allowed me to consolidate specialty pharmacy training from three days into a one day course. Annual savings of $130,000 were achieved.Several classes are now LMS based e-learnings. I also support telehealth by creating trainings in Camtasia. I enjoy training Epic. With my experience in healthcare, training and classroom management I am able to understand student and system needs from both user and trainer perspectives. . Certified Willow Inpatient 2015, Willow Amb and Willow Inv. NVT current.• Credentialed in EpicCare Ambulatory. Willow Inpatient 2012/15. ASAP. Beacon for RPh.• Go-live and at the elbow support for primary and specialty clinics, support super users.• Ambulatory go-live support for multiple Hospitals and clinics.• Go-live support at critical access hospitals.• 6 years experience using Epic RX/Willow in an acute pharmacy environment as a pharmacy technician• 10 years of training experience, including delivery of Epic application training in support of multiple go-lives involving large healthcare systems and small critical access hospitals• 30 years of healthcare experience in both pharmacy and paramedical settings. • Work with analysts and curriculum development staff to build and execute new or test scripts, often called on to be the first to teach new material.Typical Comments from Students:• I felt like every minute of my time in training was well spent but I wasn't overwhelmed.
