As a project Leader, I have worked on programs for Renault, Ford, BMW and Volvo. My main responsibilities consist in:_defining a Project Budget and follow-up_defining the Project Timing to cope with the customer milestones_handling the direct communication to the customer_following up the development activities (Design, Process, Serial production tools,...) with Project Team_reporting to the management_supporting the production launch of a new facility_defining the lessons learned at the end of the programMy work is completed after the production facility delivers complying parts to the customer.

As a Project Engineer, my main task was to develop the technical side of the turbocharger. For this, I lead the technical exchange with the supplier (Design, D-FMEA, Validation Plan, Sample preparation) within a project team. As well, I have been working as Resident Engineer for the launch of new applications (DV€6) with being the main contact between the customer (PSA) and Mitsubishi Turbochargers. My main activities were:_Design changes and implementation on the product_Timing preparation for the Design and Development activities_Support with Sample Preparation team for timing and sample definition_Support at the customer for quickening communication

_Responsible for the development Quality for 2 projects: my goal was to cope and reply to the Quality requirements from the customer (Quality documentation, Measurements for sample parts, Action plans for defective parts, PPAP documentation)_Responsible for the Serial life Quality for 3 projects: my goal was to handle the Quality incidents and the evolution of the product (8D answer to Quality incidents, PPAP preparation).

_Technical responsible for serial life project (exchange with the customer, design updates, specification updates)_Technical responsible for development project (D-FMEA, Validation Plan, Sample preparation, Design, technical overview with the customer and suppliers)

I have worked in TI Automotive during 3 years with 3 different subjects:_in 2005: Project Leader Deputy to support the development of a high efficiency family fuel pump_in 2004: Development for a low cost regulator system for fuel system on gasoline engines_in 2003: Implementation of an action plan to define the root cause on a diesel fuel pump quality issue

I have worked as trainee during 6 months in the Engine Development Center in Rueil Malmaison in order to put in place test plan on Blow-by Gas behavior on the F9Q engine. For this, I was in contact with Design team, test bench team and Development team so that we could understand what points were having the biggest influence on the high blow-by gas level. This study was meant to help understanding the root cause and what solutions could be implemented in the future.
