• Personally led, trained and coached a group of officers in fulfilment of their duties and overall professional conduct, building customer focus orientated culture, and ensuring the customers receive consistent service.
• Accountable for overseeing accuracy and correctness of reports relating to daily activities of the team, and any occurring incidents; as well as ensuring appropriate record keeping procedure is adhered to at all times.
• Facilitate development and implementation of evacuation plans and emergency procedures (intruder, violent persons), overseeing dispatch of security officers and in cases of reported emergency, and personally responding.
