I constantly seek to grow personally and professionally by being comfortably uncomfortable outside my comfort zones.These skills allow me to be resourceful enough to address unexpected challenges and changes as they arise and resilient enough to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. One example came when I resolved marketing issues for fitness and weight-loss programs by introducing a campaign where we ran ads on Facebook alongside a strategic yet targeted discount flyers promotion. We did this by placing flyers and posters in all doctor offices and hairdressers, and beauty salons within a 10-minute drive of the fitness facility. This led to a doubling of sales.
