As the QMS Manager for QA Compliance at Novartis, my focus over the past 1.5 years has revolved around enhancing our Quality Management Systems through meticulous reporting, contractor management, and trend analysis. My technical understanding and analytical capabilities have been pivotal in maintaining the highest quality standards.Previously, as a Senior Process Expert, my role demanded a hands-on approach to tactical manufacturing, qualification, audits, and SOP development. in this period I challenged operational departments with walkthroughs and checked compliance regularly. The expertise gained in these areas now informs my current responsibilities, ensuring adherence to strict industry compliance and fostering continuous improvement within our teams. Identifying with the site I developed many skills and utilized more than the average set of tools at my disposal I embrace change and seek opportunities for growth as well as improvement on environmental impact - that's just what motivates me.
