Day-to-day duties include developing and managing project schedules and scope; coordinating and hosting project meetings with stakeholders; reviewing and providing feedback to project documentation; risk, change, and budget management; action item tracking; and provide program/project status reports.

Managed government classified & unclassified intelligence support requirements/projects encompassing: secure/non-secure telephone & video teleconferencing capabilities, local area network (LAN) connectivity, major room/facility communications renovations requirements and telecommunications systems hardware & software upgrades supporting over 100,000 DoD customers worldwide, utilizing an annual operating budget of $2M. Authored/coordinated service level agreements, memorandums of agreement and monthly project status reports to senior military and civilian leadership, as well as company contract leads. Local Program Manager for the DoD Secure Internet Protocol Routing Network (SIPRNet) token card implementation impacting over 5,000 users at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.

Engineering and Installation Program Manager utilizing operating budget of $2.5M annually. Managed standardization of mass notification systems for external voice and desktop notifications. Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR): managed, evaluated and certified annual contracts valued at $52M.Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation New Dawn to 332d Expeditionary Communications Squadron as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (Senior Lead), Project Management. Oversaw deployable combat communications plans, programs, requirements, and installations valued at $15M. Responsible for direct supervision of 3 contract personnel as well as 3 military personnel.

Provided staff level communications & information requirements and project management for 2,500 customers worldwide. Reviewed, validated, and coordinated technical solutions. Coordinated First Term Airmen Center (FTAC) program that continues the transition and professional development, training, and supervision of 1,000 Airmen annually during a 2-week training phase. Coordinated 40 guest speakers/instructors, maintained and developed course curriculum, and analyzed trends for improvement of course content to increase overall effectiveness. Purchased, delivered, and managed installation of $5.5M in communications systems upgrades. Acquired network infrastructure equipment, database servers, cabling, communications rack systems, and intelligence encryption hardware and software valued at $300K. Managed over 2,000 communications and information technology requirements valued at $250K annually. Supported intelligence and information warfare projects valued at $50M annually. Integrated requirements and technical solutions with host base communications requirements. Supervised requirements help desk staff of three personnel.
