• Whilst working at reception I played an important role in the day-to-day running of the centre by systematically organising appointment calendars. This required continuous attention to detail to ensure staff were not.
• My role further extended to participating in operations and sitting in on consultations. This required a high level of patient confidentiality as well as the ability to build relationships with patients and staff.

Brackley

• I was involved with the Supply Chain Department, where my remit included assisting the Senior Buyer and providing IT solutions.
• The first part of my role covered the day-to-day activities; after communicating with colleagues internally and suppliers externally I made informed decisions and ordered cost effective supplies as necessary.
• My capacity to provide IT solutions was reliant upon my work with Excel. For example, I provided a spreadsheet to the shop floor manager that enabled live data tracking of the soap stocks. It also provided warnings.
