Working in a newly created role, I am responsible for coordinating Stream's entire documentation effort. I work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of Stream's products, define documentation requirements and produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.I have worked closely with stakeholders throughout the company to establish working practices and define standards in relation to the company's documentation. As well as working collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers and usability experts to produce high-quality documentation that supports the use of Stream's products, I have also been involved in writing a wide range of marketing and sales material in a variety of formats. This has included articles for trade magazines, press releases, blog posts and video content.

Working with teams in Glasgow, Santa Clara and Jakarata I was involved in every level of the design and production of end user manuals and online web help. I worked closely with a range of stakeholders including software developers, product managers, marketing and sales to curate information and deliver first-class documentation. I produced information in a range of formats, including video demonstrations, diagrams, infographics and user manuals. Working with three teams across the globe, I was responsible for managing my time and ensuring that information was delivered on schedule.

Working with clients such as the Institute of Bankers Malaysia, I was employed to design and author a suite of learning materials to support professional qualifications in the financial services industry. Working in close communication with my clients, I was responsible for establishing learning outcomes and module syllabi. Key deliverables included course textbooks, mock examination papers, teaching materials including tutor's notes, revision pass-cards and on-line learning revision packages.
