- Constructed PowerBI dashboard to report agency-wide IT analytics with basic key performance indicators. Integrated Microsoft Power Automate flow to extract data from agency IT database and refresh PBI dashboard hourly. Ongoing project which involved effective communication with team members to improve quality and utility of dashboard.- Assisted in enrolling devices into a hybrid cloud/on premises domain policy using Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.- Used Microsoft Intune to manage and configure agency devices.

- Audited PHI in EMHWare to ensure data entered by clinicians met the standard of the Ontario Ministry of Health.- Assisted in the creation and maintenance of dashboard built with PowerBI to allow clinicians to view detailed metrics and demographics of present and past clients.

Assisted with the digitization of physical financial and client records through scanning and categorizing documents.

Assisted in proctoring midterms and exams for students in Student Accessibility Services (SAS). This role involved ensuring students were completing their exams fairly, as well as attending to any needs they may have during their exam (e.g., answering basic questions, escorting students to the washroom, allowing them to take a supervised break, etc.). I also categorized all completed exams and delivered them to the required professors.
