Creativity and experimentation are the key but this must be balanced within time and financial restraints. If this balance can be achieved any project, task or issue can be overcome.This is the ideology that I follow when I work, finding efficient and clever solutions to problems through experimentation and the ability to think outside the box.Teamwork is also an important part in any project, and I look to use team member's skill's and abilities to complement the group skill set.Communication, is a final component, and with my background of teaching, breaking tasks down for team members and learning and applying new skills to myself and a team are useful.
