Head Concierge for office building in DTLA that is home to some of the country's top furniture showrooms, Architecture and Interior Design firms. Responsible for taking care of any client needs including package collection, rent collection, and occasional car service or dinner reservation booking as well as greeting every person as they enter the building. Required to stay well informed about restaurant and bar openings, events, and transit systems around Los Angeles, and act as building rep during any film shoots or events happening in or around the building.

Responsible for performing all opening and closing duties, distributing information on new product, and training staff in sales techniques and product knowledge. As a sales associate, I consistently led the team in sales, and was responsible for 30% of the entire stores sales.

Full time sales for a men’s contemporary multi-line showroom. Duties included day-day showroom management, developing and maintaining sales activity within the West Coast, communicating with buyers and designers, finding potential sales opportunities, attending trade shows and industry events.In addition, providing administrative support, and creating monthly and weekly sales logs.
