The management function of the job requires constant communication between all departments in the dealership as well as helping others to become more efficient in their job roles. Finally, the sales function of a finance manager involves informing customers of the limitations of their manufacturers warranty as well as guide them through the various extended protection programs available, insuring the best ownership experience possible.
