I'm a change management specialist with previous experience in development. I've worked with dozens of different teams to coordinate, schedule and assess risk of changes for deployment. In these roles I've ensured the accessibility and operability of production environments, monitored changes during the deployment process and helped to document the change record for future auditing purposes. I'm passionate about learning, developing myself and about change as a whole. Our lives are dynamic, ever changing things and my experience in CM has shown me that successful companies need to be excited and prepared for change to continue their success. That's a process I feel comfortable guiding companies through and aiding CM teams in any and all manners related to the work.
