• The Kulturschlüssel (german for “key to culture”) matches volunteers with disabled people who cannot attend cultural events on their own. Both parties receive complimentary tickets donated by event organisers.
• I was brought in as a software consultant and full-stack engineer to turn their largely manual, spreadsheet-based operation into a scalable, GDPR-compliant online-platform.
• Developed and implemented a concept for automating the vast majority of the operation in close cooperation with the Kulturschlüssel team, drastically reducing the team’s workload and allowing them to focus on more.
• Built a scalable multi-tenant system architecture allowing the Kulturschlüssel to bring their idea and online-platform to 4 other german cities and counting.Tech stack:Frontend: Typescript, React, GraphQL, HTML.

• Gaia Nutrition is an eHealth startup providing white-label app solutions to social media influencers and corporations in the health & fitness industry. At the core, our proprietary technology provides highly effective.
• Started the company from scratch and achieved profitability within 3 years.
• Hired and managed a highly efficient team of 5 engineers.
• Successfully implemented lean software development and deployment processes.
• Built a white-label infrastructure for mobile apps that allows delivery of a fully branded, native app within days at minimal cost.
• Designed entire user-experience (UX) user-interface (UI) for all web-properties and mobile apps.

• Celebrate is Europe’s fastest-growing event-based media sharing app. It provides an easy way for hosts (e.g. wedding couples) to collect photos and videos taken by guests on their event.
• I was brought in as senior consultant and full-stack engineer to consult on mobile app strategy and develop large parts of the new iOS and Android apps.
• I architected a multi-cloud media upload, storage and delivery system that could ingest terabytes of original media files and serve/stream optimized media back to mobile devices.
