• Work with clients to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues pertaining to the client’s technology

• Respond to 911 dispatches and provide medical and rescue support to patients and responders
• Provide ongoing treatment to patients on scene and enroute to medical facilities
• Precept paramedic students as part of their educational work placement
• Participate in ongoing education and training
• Work as a member of a team to accomplish required tasks, often in a dangerous setting
