Participation in the development of the DORA and the Cloud Risk Management offerings:- Definition of the roadmap and the client targeting.- Contributing to marketing materials and commercial proposals.- Elaborating a DORA training program for Executive Committees of financial institutions.- Supporting large insurance companies in conducting gap-analysis to assess their level of maturity against the DORA regulation, and in their compliance projects.- Assisting insurers in defining IT risk governance and outsourcing policies.- Supporting Cloud Service Providers in assessing their maturity against Cloud control frameworks.2. Responsible for conducting business processes (premium, claims, investments and accounting processes) & IT internal controls reviews, and auditing major transformation projects for financial services firms.3. Independent reviews of internal controls frameworks and the data governance in the context of insurance companies compliance with the Solvency 2 Directive:- Governance review (assessment of existing internal control charters and policies)- Risk mapping review- Review of existing documentation (processes)- Identification and testing of key-controls related to actuarial processes for calculating the SCR (Solvency Capital Requirement).
