Provided investigative support for attorneys and case managers at Raleigh branch of plaintiff's firm which had six locations across the state and featured two AV Preeminent Rated attorneys. Job duties included:-Accident Investigation Tasks (Interviewing Law Enforcement, witnesses, injured parties)-Accident Scene reconstruction (measurements, photography)-Met with and signed up new clients, many of whom had recently suffered catastrophic injuries-Legal filing, database management -Article contributor for industry periodical "The Safety Report"In late 2012, after identifying to management a need for an increased social media presence, I worked directly with one of the firm's partners to implement various marketing techniques through several social media networks. The project eventually included creating all of the content for a monthly newsletter sent out to the firm's client mailing list which numbered in the thousands. I was able to grow the firm's social media following exponentially to a substantial amount from essentially a handful and in some cases nonexistent. All of this was done on an extremely limited budget and without any blueprint to operate off of but it certainly posed an interesting and exciting challenge.
