I am a real estate professional and a licensed broker. I currently act as the Director of Subsidized Housing at a property management company on the South Side of Chicago. My current duties include overseeing a staff of office personnel who act as the liaisons between our management company and the various subsidies our tenants are involved with. I also oversee a staff of 10 maintenance men who are responsible for making all the repairs to units occupied by tenants receiving some form of subsidized rent. I personally staff both departments and I'm responsible for the design and implementation of all processes and procedures.

• Work with buyers to show properties, submit offers, negotiate contracts and close transactions• Assist with property listings to conduct showings, open houses and oversee inspections
