responsible for the the planning, development, design and optimisation of instructional material, including online courses, instructor led training, instruction manuals, training videos, multimedia training modules and assessments in order to develop the expertise and capability of Anglicare Southern Queensland’s (Anglicare's) workforce.

In this role I was responsible for leading a team consisting of two Learning Product Developers, two eLearning Design Specialists and a Videographer/Graphic Designer with the goal of producing high quality learning content. This meant working with internal subject matter experts to scope, plan, project manage and create engaging video, learning tools and interactive content to assist in training recruits, auxiliary officers, serving officers and commissioned officers.In addition I was responsible for the management of good governance, budgets and staff wellbeing within the curriculum development team.

As eLearning Design Specialist I was responsible for project managing the creation of learner focused training products. Additionally, I was responsible for providing creative direction to the in-house videographer & graphic designer.

In this role I was responsible for the production of all digital content. This included, but was not limited to: awareness, tutorial, explanation and endorsement videos; live streaming of recruit graduations and learning events. As well as designing and developing graphic and video assets to be used in learning materials.
