My research is concerned with deformable motion of 3D shapes acquired from multi-camera environments. I design algorithms that simultaneously track non-rigid shapes and learn their deformation properties. title : Automatic 3D reconstruction of markers for endovascular stent graft positioningA stent graft is tubular prosthesis used in interventional radiology for treating aortic aneurysms. The prosthesis has holes that are supposed to face secondary arterys in order to let the blood stream through them. These holes are surrounded by markers that are visible on X-ray images.I designed an implemented a method for automatic detection and 3D reconstruction of the markers from multiple X-ray images, and I evaluated the method.Technologies: C++, OpenCV
