Benjamin Armenti, a classic player-coach, has deep knowledge and experience in fixed-income investment analysis, structuring, and valuation. ESG-minded, he is passionate about creative capital solutions that promote healthy long-term partnerships between all stakeholders. Before founding Milieu Advisor Group, Ben served as the Director of Securitization and Project Finance Services at T-REX Group, a cutting-edge financial technology company whose mission is to empower a new generation of data-driven capital market professionals. Prior to T-REX Group, Mr. Armenti held several positions at ORIX USA, the proprietary investment division of ORIX Corp. (NYSE; IX). During his 8 years with ORIX, he worked on acquiring and surveilling credit CMBS/CRE CDOs and high-yield municipal and infrastructure investments. Before joining ORIX in 2009, he worked in securitized products, performing transaction advisory and valuation services at a Big Four accounting firm and international investment bank. He graduated with honors from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (NY, New York) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
