I schedule most of our truck load appointments coming out of the northwest. That includes customer relations, giving good ETA's (Estimated Time of Arrival) to current clients and making sure all scheduled times are possible to attain.

Carefully handled driver’s issues pertaining to payroll. Other duties included minor accounting reporting.I was able to help many drivers with their payroll issues. Because of my efforts and of those in my department, driver retention increased by 2% during the 1st quarter of 2007 which historically tends to be a very bad part of the year for the trucking industry. Corporate SchedulerI made sure that all of the load pick-up and deliveries were scheduled and I also made sure that they reached their destinations on time. I was the pioneer at this position when I first started. Part of my function at first was to build a relationship of trust between myself and the customer service representative. I had success at this doing this and I was able to get all of them on board collaborating with me on how specific customers need their loads scheduled.Because of these efforts, there was a noticeable increase in customer satisfaction which turned into more business opportunities for the division and for the company as a whole. The on time percentage increased over 5% and our profits increased during the second quarter of 2008 by 7% year over year.

My job at the time was to help resolve any payroll issues that any of our driving associates may have had. That included answering phone calls, talking to them face to face and educating them on how the payroll system worked. We did this to avoid future issues and that our driving associates may be able to fulfill their job with the assurance that their payroll was being taken care of.

served a mission for my church in the country of Peru. My function was to bring souls unto Christ and I had success doing it.The opportunity was presented to me to lead a group of my peers to accomplish specific goals set by the mission. Due to our efforts, we had the best numbers of all the other groups in the mission for 4 months in a row. I accomplished this by motivating those in my group and building friendships between each of them.

Furniture DelivererWith careful consideration, successfully delivered purchased furniture to clients houses. Often assembling it as well.Because of the care that I demonstrated to their newly purchased furniture, on a number of occasions I received many good references from the clients. This in turn translated into more customers due to references from the original clients. This was clearly stated on the sales report of which I was notified.
