Currently Managing and Operating DBA Austin Auto Medic in the Central Texas Capital Area We are a 7-day-a-week on call automotive troubleshooting and repair service that eliminates the need for a tow truck. Our service addresses most issues at the location of the vehicle.We specialize in electrical diagnostics of vehicles that do not start, or vehicles that are immobile for any reason. We also provide minor roadside assistance, flat tire repair, jump starts, and other various auto services.

Responsible for labor and event management of an average staff of 70-90 service employees. Overall duties included;-On-site event management for functions ranging from 10 - 260 guests. Worked directly and coordinated with different sales directors to properly execute event orders with as little help as possible. -Managed on-site cleaning cycles for circulating equipment to be prepared for upcoming events.-Directly helped Service Director keep stocks and inventory for F&B goods and consumables. Also managed subsequent deliveries based on event needs.-Coordinated service staff for each event with pre-assigned duties and a time-table of each shift. This helped other on site managers stay well within allotted labor budgets to properly execute events with little stress, while helping help meet our goals of minimizing labor.-Re-designed scheduling structure to allow for specialized set-up personnel to prepare the events while the concentration of staff would only come in shortly before expected service times. This broke a trend of staff often times working 11-12 hours shifts.
