CurrentI lead the e-commerce marketing strategy for the Fresh Food Hub, Bidfresh's e-commerce platform, built to help chefs buy and manage all their fresh ingredients from our specialist UK businesses in seafood, meat and produce.- Developed the e-commerce marketing strategy for Bidfresh and the Fresh Food Hub- Project managed rebranding of the platform in April 2024, from concept to launch, creating a consistent journey across desktop and mobile.- Manage the day-to-day activation of e-commerce marketing by liaising with multiple teams, product experts and businesses to deliver consistent and engaging customer journeys.- Build and present monthly progress reports evaluating the strategy to date for the project stakeholders.- Deliver results, updates and training presentations to staff.- Assist with the user acceptance testing of new onsite developments and features, ensuring the platform grows with our customers and that the UX is smooth.
