• Managed a buying queue for Northern Material Acquisition Center (NMAC) for the mechanical and electrical team to find requested components needed to complete larger projects by researching vendors and analyzing for the best value, saving upwards of $10,000• Created over 350 POs’ worth over $500,000 by effectively communicating with suppliers, engineers and quality control to make sure deadlines were met and components met necessary standards• Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for the creation and negotiation of over 20 Propriety Information Agreements (PIA) for NMAC• Extracted data from SAP to create visualized and detailed Excel reports and performance metrics that highlighted key information for daily meetings with managers and director, enhancing the decision-making process• Trained co-workers and new Co-ops on the PIA process, additionally trained co-op on how to manage buying queue and to make daily reports for morning meetings• Worked on several cross functional projects, involving the use of drones
