After receiving a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering, I began my career in sales, moved to marketing and then to management, all with multinational organizations within the cosmetic and personal care industry, and later pharmaceuticals. I have been heavily involved in strategic planning and corporate long-range planning. In addition, I have directly managed domestic and international salespeople and distributors, marketing teams, technical applications/R&D labs, an IT department, a customer service department and a distribution and logistics group in various phases of my career.
