*General management of the ISTEX project (December 2010 – Present):- Participated in the project planning, definition of scope and objectives- Assists ABES director during meetings with partners (CNRS, the French library consortium Couperin, the Ministry for Higher Education) in order to set up the global organisation of the project- Member of the ISTEX steering committee (as guest member), technical committee and licensing committee in order to have a communication as seamless as possible between the different stakeholders.- Original participant of the Hague Declaration expert committee (http://thehaguedeclaration.com/original-participants/)*Negotiation process (April 2011 – Present) :- Negotiated 13 contracts with major academic publishers (Elsevier, Wiley, Springer, NPG, IoP, RSC, Brill,...) obtaining substantial financial advantages. - Organised and followed technical calls between ISTEX IT team and publishers’ IT Team, especially to deal with data and metadata format issues.• Communication process (August 2011-Present) :- Project manager for a website promoting the national licences project (http://licencesnationales.fr).- Defined with IT team and PR team functional and technical specifications- Webmastering- Organised an afternoon session about ISTEX & datamining during the Journées ABES 2014 (most attended conference for French academic libraries professionals): defined the general topics, found speakers, introduced the session.
