As a Director with DataFile, I focused on business growth, channel partnership and relationship management, client retention strategy, interoperability, HIM innovation and leading a sales effort that tripled the size of DataFile's top line revenue in the first three years after I began. I recruited business development representatives, built KPI's and metrics to measure performance and provided training and coaching. We sold HIM services to a vast array of EHR users nationally in the ambulatory and acute care space. I effectively provided the leadership, structure and accountability measures that resulted considerable growth.In addition, I stood up a new Client Experience and VOC program to map the client journey with DataFile and measure client emotions and satisfaction with DataFile processes and client communications.

DataFile Technologies is an industry leading medical health information management and workflow optimization organization. In my role as a business development manager with DataFile, I orchestrated all sales and marketing functions and hold business development professionals accountable to excellent performance and superior client service. I worked closely with the marketing and both inside & outside sales functions.

Recruit, Train, Motivate, and hold accountable an inside and outside sales force of up to 20 sales reps. I trained at a regional and local level, sales process and many other advanced and fundamental sales tactics and techniques that eventually earned several awards for sales perfomance including Sales Manager of the Year and several best-in-company metrics for three years straight.
