• Used HP Service Manager 7. Uses smart analytics and a single point of contact for all core IT processes
• Other tasks include, creating new user accounts, modifying and maintaining the 513th MI BDE OU in Active Directory, while regulating and maintaining Group Policies for the site shared drive.
• Refitting, testing, and repairing all servers, switches, workstations, laptops, KVM Switches, and other various equipment shipped to the site.
• Successfully migrated all users to the Army Enterprise Email System, set up all MFP’s to allow network scanning functions, while coordinating with Camp Arifjan ADP team.
• Provided seamless upgrades to the site, to include, roaming profiles for all users, creating a profile back-up script, and upgrading existing technician work bench PC.
