-In the first couple months with the team I have put together a new playbook, established KPIs, designed reporting between our cadence tool and Salesforce, and redesigned our go-to-market messaging.-The same process that was designed for the Inside Sales team in month one, was rolled out to the sales team in month two - establishing unified prospecting efforts across the business.

- Scaled SDR team prior and post Sprinklr’s IPO in June ‘21 to meet the needs of the expanding business- Doubled average SDR pipeline from 2020 to 2023. Starting at $800K per rep, per quarter and culminating at $1.6M per SDR quarterly.- During my tenure, the Sprinklr Americas SDR team promoted over 50 SDRs to AE roles. Others were promoted to roles in customer success, demo engineers, implementation, enablement, and SDR leadership (Directors and Managers).
