The company grew from 400 employees when NVP invested to 6,000 at its peak within 12 months. We were the clear market leader when we filed for a NASDAQ IPO, but that unraveled mid-roadshow because of a fraud allegation by a competitor. This allegation was later proven to be false but public market investors had lost confidence; we had lost leadership to Alibaba-backed Meituan. A roller-coaster ride that was a great learning experience in the first O2O war in China.

RedAtoms is the game developer behind Three Kingdoms Now! (三国来了!), which was the #1 game in the Chinese App Store for over 3 months, and was in the top 10 for over 18 months. The company was acquired by a public digital media company in China in 2015.
