CurrentResearch, write, edit, and proofread content for print and online publications, annual report, special events collateral, internal and external electronic newsletters, print and online ads, and web copy.Evaluate markets and media through research, focus groups, and other methods to continually identify new opportunities to get key association messages to key audiences.Determine sustainable and effective ways to work with departments across the association to help them build high-quality, targeted, affordable, and on-brand efforts to reach their specific needs within theassociation’s overall marketing strategy.Secure affordable and effective marketing opportunities for the association by developing solid relationships with available outlets and a continually expanding understanding of the options becoming available.Ensure industry best practices and outcomes that support the goals, brand, image, and mission of the association across media channels.Help define and execute social media efforts, with key audiences in mind.Capture photographs and videos as needed to support content creation and marketing materials.Assist with presentations, correspondence, speech writing, and email communications as needed.Maintain content calendars and coordinate with other departments to develop story coverage plans, including supporting visuals, interviews, and unique story angles.
