I co-lead the Courts and Tribunals Strategy Unit, advising the Board and leadership team on business strategy and policy implementation. I lead two teams - one working with the Judicial Appointments Commission and Judicial Office on workforce strategy and planning for the judiciary, and another working at the intersection of policy and legislative development and operations to ensure effective implementation.

I was senior advisor to the Chief Executive and Chair and part of the senior leadership team at the Commission. I provided advice on communication, stakeholders, policy and strategy and the effective governance of the Commission. I supported the CEO’s engagement with senior stakeholders across civil society, the public sector, businesses and government. My team managed the effective running of the Board and internal executive decision making and I facilitated the delivery of priority projects.
