My professional skills have been shaped by my experience as a science and math teacher for students of various ages and backgrounds, as well as my startup experience as a physics expert and product specialist for a breakthrough medical technology. I’ve honed my skills as a team leader and can effectively delegate technical and non-technical tasks by recognizing and utilizing the unique skill sets of teammates. I frequently challenge myself to be technical and creative. In addition to modifying the electronics of my instruments, I enjoy designing and programming custom microcontroller projects, including utilizing real-time audio processing to control a wall of LEDs mounted in my living room. Beyond creative endeavors, I spend time in nature running long distances, and I love a good cup of coffee while devouring any sci-fi paperback I can get my hands on. Above all, I relish applying my knowledge of physics to making a difference in the far-fetched and the mundane.
