At the completion of the Rigado asset sale to u-blox, Ben came onboard at u-blox to assist in the transition of the technology and staff to insure a smooth acquisition and facilitate the knowledge transfer. • Integrated the BMD series modules and staff from the Rigado asset sale into u-blox.• Successfully transitioned all modules and assisted in building a plan to move manufacturing.• Transferred IP and know how about ways to cost reduce development and testing. As an example, we saw a 90% drop in RF test cost using the methods used at Rigado vs traditional u-blox. • Trained u-blox sales team on consumer sales and distribution sales model used for the BMD series of modules from Rigado.• Defined next generation NINA series modules to harmonize the product lines between the BMD and NINA series of wireless modules.
