Led the organizational, developmental, and logistical planning for programs of 400 students from age 5 to 18 across 25 distinct curricula including girls that code, robotics, videography/photography, virtual reality, and coding in a multitude of languages.Coached instructors in culture building and establishing productive classroom habits ensuring that all students engaged with rigorous material, received differentiated support throughout their courses, while mitigating conflicts between students, and managing partnerships with parents.

Managed the operations, logistics, and staff development including the hiring, training, and ongoing professional development of tutors across seven partner sites to address high need students at public and charter school sites from grades 3 through 12 throughout the city of Boston. In the first semester of leading the program at Boston Green Academy 90% of the students did as well as or better on the end assessment than they did on the first assessment, and about 60% of the total students showed significant improvements on the tests given to them at both the beginning and end of each tutorial session.Negotiated the initiation, creation, and launch of programs with two new partners to serve students of color in low-income communities.

Facilitated community engagement events for residents throughout Boston's neighborhoods to provide feedback on Imagine Boston 2030 long-term city planning process and build awareness of ongoing transportation, sustainable housing, and re-development efforts.
