I was part of the project ROME : Reshaping, organization and modernization of the warehouse. The goals were to obtain :1) A better organization of free spaces inside the warehouse2) A more efficient stock management thanks to a developed tool forecasting the in and out volumes3) A physical concentration of the different stocksIn parallel, I have followed an ergonomic intervention on the bottle-neck post aiming to reduce the workload.I have also introduced the LEAN culture by organizing a formation to the employees. After that, I was a lean referent to drive the change, 5S deployment and MUDAs hunting.
