Reviewed motions to dismiss, to strike, and for summary judgment pertaining to pro se prisoner cases, and drafted corresponding judicial opinions. Analyzed ALJ rulings related to the denial of social security benefits and drafted proposed orders. Conducted legal research and wrote memoranda on a variety of issues including vexatious litigants, parties proceeding under pseudonym, negligence, res judicata, and motions in limine. Observed pretrial conferences and various courtroom proceedings, including a wrongful death civil trial in its entirety.

Maintained at any given time a caseload of 150-200 judicial foreclosures and 50-100 mediations. Drafted and filed pleadings including but not limited to: complaints, discovery, motions for summary judgment, stipulations, limited/general judgments, and writs. Secured all information and documents necessary from client to proceed to trial or settlement. Rendered case updates to firm attorneys, and responded to all client inquiries. Interviewed, trained, and assisted new paralegals. Named Firm Employee of the Month for September 2014.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Recreation Center. Directly supervised nine employees, while jointly supervising 32 part-time student employees. Maintained the center's budget and facilitated all purchases made. Interviewed, hired, trained, and assisted new employees. Created and implemented administrative policies, and customer service/team building programs. Identified and responded to all issues within the center to ensure prompt resolutions.
