Since my first physics class applying kinematics equations to model a rolling ball off a table and predicting where it will land, I have been enamored with modeling and the power of mathematics.As a mathematician at heart, I applied these skills towards physics, and my subsequent skills towards mechanical engineering. The foundation of my PhD was rooted in biomedical engineering, where I expanded my skillset into a new discipline. In this work, I modeled the kidneys and associated diseases using advanced modeling and optimization techniques.After completing my PhD in February 2021, I began working as a Data Analyst at DIA Associates. Now, I am a Senior Engagement Manager, leading a team to solve complex and challenging problems.
