Benjamin Dagot’s is Head of European Affairs at the High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres) since 2023 where he develops strategic initiatives such as developping the European diploma and supportting for the development of European University Alliances.Previous roles include the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union during which he notably worked with the cabinets of European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde and former European Commissioner for Internal Market Thierry Breton (2021-2022), the European Commission's DG REGIO (2021) or the Direction for European Structural Funds of Grand Est Region (France, 2020).He published his first book in 2022 at L'Harmattan Editions "Enseignement supérieur, recherche et développement. Entre programmes-cadre, stratégies européennes, nationales et régionales".
