I am a dedicated and determined person and I am always looking for new opportunities and information to help me grow as an individual. Currently, I am seeking a career in financial analysis within the real estate industry. I am working on completing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Banking and a minor in Accounting at Appalachian State University and will be graduating in May 2025. Through my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in financial principles, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.While being Excel certified with advanced skills, including financial modeling and forecasting, I have experience using programming languages such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI to create and format financial analysis models. My understanding of options, futures, and other financial derivatives complements my analytical abilities, enabling me to approach real estate finance with a data-driven mindset.In addition to my financial analysis skills, I have hands-on experience in preparing individual and corporate tax return models, giving me a strong understanding of tax compliance and reporting processes. I have a solid grasp of accounting principles including statement preparation and asset accounting. This allows me to approach financial scenarios with a well-rounded perspective.Through experiences such as interning with Windsor Commercial, I gained exposure to construction site operations and safety management. Additionally, I am actively challenging and strengthening my real estate knowledge by having enrolled in a North Carolina Real Estate Course in preparation for the state's realtor exam.I am looking forward to using my education, technical skills, and hands-on experience to contribute to my career. My goal is to analyze market trends, assess investment opportunities, and optimize financial strategies to drive sustainable growth.
