As a game designer and producer with four years’ experience now, I have a strong foundation of the processes used within the games industry. Having recently graduated from Abertay University with a first-class BA honours, I'm now making my way into the greater games industry, whilst continuously improving and developing my skills in game design and production further.This education has been supplemented by several side projects, the notable of which being ‘Paper Trails’ a short 3rd person adventure demo built for the Dare Academy competition in 2023. This project was conceptualised as my team, and I were working on a technical project for a client and required strong organisational and time keeping skills to balance both. This demo would go on to be showcased during the finals of the competition at EGX 2023.Through this combination of experiences, I have developed a wide range of useful skills, such as onboarding, mechanics design, audio design, conflict resolution, and team management. This broad skillset has allowed me a greater understanding of the role and problems that can occur in the teams I work alongside, an understanding that has been put to the test and proven effective under stressful conditions.
