As a Youth Project Manager at RAFO Rive-Nord, I organized francophone projects and activities for young people in Blind River and Elliot Lake. My role included coordinating a group of youth leaders, collaborating with local businesses, and planning and facilitating a weekend youth leadership camp. My main responsibilities included stocking and organizing shelves, managing online orders, cleaning the store, welcoming customers, handling transactions, and assisting in the pharmacy with prescription preparation. My versatile role contributed to maintaining the operational efficiency of the store and ensuring a positive experience for customers, while adapting to changing needs during the pandemic.
