Providing my students with “real‐world” scenarios, examples, and fundamentals assist in learning this worldwide certification. Emphasis in the classroom is to prepare them for outside the classroom and the homework that goes into this Epic certification.Successful Initiatives:• Designed & developed (as a certified partner) the current CAPM/PMP class curriculum approved by PMI. Improved class materials adding sample documentation and recreating the 500(+) slide class presentation.• Consistently scoring high with outstanding reviews from newly certified students who “now have jobs.”

I have experience as a Lead Consultant for the Cybersecurity team, where I coached teams through their transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. I facilitated multiple Agile Standup Meetings on a daily basis and collaborated with Product Owners, Development, Test Teams, and other Stakeholders to refine Backlogs. While on the bench, I implemented deeper dives into RISK Identification, Assessment, and Remediation Planning by involving Financial Stakeholders and asking critical questions such as the impact on the Sprint workload. I have experience as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing Agile Scrum ceremonies and incorporating traditional Waterfall methodologies when appropriate. Following Story Writing sessions and Planning meetings, I conducted daily remote stand-up meetings. During "Demo Days," I communicated successes, identified risks, and addressed any areas of concern through our "Message(s) of the Day."Some of my successful projects and initiatives include:- Project Everest: Serving as the Scrum Master, I modernized the Fieldglass application and infrastructure, transitioning to Multi Cloud using Agile methodologies. I orchestrated over 60 Sprints to prepare the Fieldglass application for Kubernetes deployment and implemented a CI/CD system for data center and customer site deliveries.- Disaster Recovery: I led operational teams through successful testing and conducted rehearsals to achieve successful Disaster Recovery outcomes, surpassing Return Time Objectives (R.T.O.).- Day to Day Operations: Managed tasks using a Kanban board in Jira, overseeing work in progress (W.I.P.) and providing necessary technology resources to developers.- Data Centers: Managed application migrations globally, transitioning from colocation data centers to new infrastructure designed for SAP-owned Hyperscalers. In my role at RL Canning, I regularly reported to Honeywell Leadership on team productivity within the global Site Support team. I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational duties of 27 technical resources, including 3 direct reports. I authored annual assessments and bonus allocations, providing expert project planning and management for up to 30 projects or initiatives monthly at Honeywell locations or data centers, ensuring 24/7 support. I motivated and encouraged the team to prioritize customer satisfaction, often going above and beyond to provide after-hours training and support. Additionally, I conducted internal PMP/CAPM training on weekends.Some of the successful initiatives I led include:- Customer Engagement: Our "Voice of the Customer" program increased customer satisfaction scores from 76% to 84%, resulting in a bonus for the team. I provided Program Management services to the client, McDonald's, for various technology-based solutions both onsite at McDonald's corporate offices and in their data centers worldwide. One notable success was the Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 initiative, which initially had a red rating but was successfully transitioned to a green condition within a month. I revamped the project plan to schedule upgrades or replacements for over 6,700 devices globally. This involved conducting weekly status meetings with Xerox Leadership and McDonald's stakeholders. I collaborated with the Windows Desktop Manager to streamline the application certification process, leading to the creation of a Statement of Work and obtaining budget and change request approvals to engage a third-party vendor (CompuCom) for PC refreshes and upgrades at client sites as outlined in our revised plan. The project was completed ahead of schedule after successful implementation.

As the Infrastructure and Release Manager for U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) program hosted by Chase, I oversaw a 24x6 high-security specialty lockbox system. This program involved digitizing applicants' personal information for submission to the U.S. Government regarding their citizenship status. I led planning and rehearsals with teams for overnight code upgrades and hardware enhancements. Taking ownership of defects, I personally tested priority items identified as urgent by Leadership. I represented Production Support at defect review meetings and led testing exercises to ensure timely remediation of defects. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation and support of a significant business expansion in hardware and storage to accommodate the doubling volume and tripling capacity of applicants. My role also included facilitating planning and whiteboard design sessions for U.S.C.I.S. projects, utilizing Work Breakdown Structures to address evolving application needs.
